Featuring the 48V LG Chem RESU10 battery with lithium-ion technology. The DC-coupled 5kW Skybox grid-tie/battery hybrid inverter delivers 5kW of continuous power per second. This system uses DC coupling for both the solar and the connection to the battery system for greater overall efficiency. This all-in-one power management and battery storage package is designed to provide backup power in the event of a grid outage and to support time-of-use optimization.
Designed for convenience, value and flexibility, the Outback Power SystemEdge pre-bundled packages take the guesswork out of selecting the right combination of power electronics and energy storage. The Outback Power SystemEdge 510RESU package includes a factory pre-wired and tested SkyBox package with 5kW SkyBox inverter, 1 LG Chem 48V Lithium-ion (RESU10-48) battery, 1 NEC-2014 RSD System, and 10 inch communication cable. The SkyBox hybrid energy system is designed for a clean balance-of-systems, all in one box, allowing for fast and easy installation.
