Original sales receipt must accompany returns.
We accept returns for exchange or store credit 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition." The definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- Item(s) were NOT installed and operate in working condition.
- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way.
- Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed).
- Must not be a special order or a custom order.
- Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that items particular item description.
If an item is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately.
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to verify that the components listed on the order will meet the installation conditions, required project specifications, and any applicable safety codes. SunWatts holds the right to substitute equivalent items based on availability or product compatibility.
Buyer agrees that the project/client address and Items listed on the order form are correct. SunWatts holds the right to verify project/client address and Items before accepting Orders.
Returns deemed to be in working condition are subject to a restocking fee of 35% to 50%.
Returns are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received by SunWatts.
There is a restocking fee of between 35% to 50% for returned items that are not damaged.
Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be exchanged or credited.
