This S-5! clamp is specially designed for SolarFoot mounts for Trapezoidal metal roofs. It has butyl pads, four (4) 8mm mounting holes, and one (1) M8-1.25 X 17mm Threaded Stud with Flange Nut. Fasteners are not included for direct L-Foot, SolarFoot, mounting. S-5! clamps protect roof coatings and weather-tightness warranties since they do not pierce metal roof paneling. They are designed to easily be installed at any location along the rib length. The clamps have been tested through independent lab tests for load-to-failure results on a variety of bulb-shaped standing seam roof profiles from leading manufacturers of panels. The test results confirm that S-5 products preform excellently with snow retention products and other heavy-duty applications.
