The Concorde Sun Xtender PVX-2240T is a 1.3 kWh, 6 volt (224 Ah @ 24 hours) deep-cycle valve-regulated AGM battery used in both off-grid and grid-tied renewable energy storage systems. This Sun Xtender sealed AGM battery ensures uninterrupted power for essential appliances and machines to provide peace of mind during a power outage. Safe by design, Sun Xtender Batteries are sealed and non-spillable. They operate upright, placed on their side or end. The sealed, maintenance free design means no water replenishment ever. The Sun Xtender battery line from Concorde are valve regulated lead acid batteries with AGM construction (VRLA-AGM). The non-spillable construction eliminates the requirement to monitor and replenish water levels.

Utilizing pure lead calcium grids, the plates are thicker than the industry standard for longer cycle life, increased reliability and power.
