Solaria is no longer operating and has discontinued all manufacturing. After several ownership changes, the brand and technology was acquired by Sunpower, which now offers MAXEON SOLAR PANELS.

Solaria PowerXT solar modules are high-power PV solar panels for the residential solar market. Compared to conventional modules, Solaria PowerXT modules have fewer gaps between the solar cells which results in higher power and superior aesthetics. Solaria PowerXT residential modules are manufactured with black backsheet and frames for a sleek all-black appearance. Developed in California, Solaria’s patented cell-cutting and module assembly forms high-density sub-strings, which are packed more efficiently and reduce inactive space between cells. Through this ribbon-less interconnection process, cells are cut and overlaid without soldering for reliable sub-string assemblies in a cost effective manner. Solaria solar modules are backed by a 25-year performance and limited product warranty.
