Maximum Connected PV Inverter Watts
This table shows the maximum PV inverter watts that can be a connection to the LOAD side of standard single-phase residential electrical service equipment. Note how undersizing, or de-rating, the main breaker relative to the panel busbar rating allows for additional PV inverter capacity.
