First Solar Series 3 Module

First Solar Thin-Film Series 3 photovoltaic solar modules were previously listed by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) as meeting  standards for use in PV systems up to 600 V. The modules now meet UL standards for use in PV systems up to 1,000 V. This system voltage is typical for utility-scale PV power plants. First Solar's Series 3 PV solar panels deliver higher efficiencies and lower voltages with the same form factor and semiconductor.
