Hanwha Q CELLS Product Lineup

  • Q.TRON solar modules feature 108 monocrystalline Q.ANTUM NEO N-type TopCon half-cells with a sleek all-black design. Delivering higher output and performance, this Q Cells solar panel operates at an impressive 21.8% efficiency to maximize the light absorption area through its zero gap cell layout.
  • Q.PEAK - The monocrystalline Q.PEAK and Q.PEAK BLK solar panels are a pure beauty for residential rooftop systems and in locations with high architectural demands. Hanwha Q CELLS is currently producing the Q.ANTUM solar panel models of Q.PEAK-G4.1, Q.PEAK BLK-G4.1, and Q.PEAK-G5 which are designed for rooftop solar arrays on residential buildings. These panels range in power from 290 to 310 watts.
  • Q.PEAK DUO - The Q.PEAK DUO-G5 with Q.ANTUM DUO technology provides 315-330 watts of power and is ideal for rooftop solar arrays on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Meanwhile, the larger 144 half-cell Q.PEAK DUO L-G5.2 delivers 380-395 watts of power and is ideal for commercial and utility applications. The Q.PEAK DUO BLK-G5 and Q.PEAK DUO BLK-G6+, also with Q.ANTUM DUO technology, provide 305-345 watts of power and are designed for rooftop arrays on residential buildings.
  • Q.PLUS - The Q.PLUS BFR-G4.1 is the Q.ANTUM solar panel with a power output of 275 to 285 watts. This solar panel is designed for rooftop solar arrays on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as ground-mounted solar power plants.
  • Q.POWER - The Q.POWER-G5 module has an output of 260 to 280 watts of power. This solar module is ideal for rooftop solar arrays on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, as well as ground-mounted solar power plants.

History of Hanwha Q.CELLS

Founded in 1952, Hanwha Group has since grown into a global manufacturing company. Originally, Hanwha started as the Korea Explosives Company, but over time it transitioned to operating in the four business areas of explosives, defense, trading, and machinery. It wasn’t until 2010 when Hanwha Group decided to expand into the solar energy business. They acquired Hanwha SolarOne (previously SolarFun Power Holdings) that year and then went public in 2011 (NASDAQ:HQCL). Hanwha Group then acquired Q CELLS, a German solar manufacturer, the following year. Hanwha SolarOne and Hanwha Q CELLS merged in 2015 to form the present day company Hanwha Q CELLS.
