The Quick Mount PV's E-Mount with lag bolt provides the easiest method for attaching most rail systems to your roof. The E-mount flashing works with composite, asphalt and wood shingles with a course length of 5 to 5.625″ and an exposed course of 5.75″ or less. For installation, simply slide the flashing underneath the shingle, drill a single hole into the roof rafter, insert the QBlock and fasten down the single lag bolt and washer. These Quick Mount flashings work well with the popular IronRidge XR100 and XR1000 rails, plus most other rails manufacturers. The QBlock Elevated Water Seal technology provides waterproofing on composition and asphalt shingle roofs.
